In order to return merchandise, you must obtain an RMA number from our
customer service department.You may return any merchandise in its
original condition/packaging
within 30
days of receipt.
Once we have received and verified the condition of the item(s), you will receive a refund/credit less the shipping and
handling charges.
All styles of ribbons and fabric rolls
(organza rolls, tulle rolls, etc) are non refundable after purchase. Since
ribbons and fabric rolls can not be resold after they have been opened due
to possible yardage discrepancies, we do not accept returns for these items.
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to
item(s) that are not returned for an exchange or a store credit.
